2. Personal data collected
Stelium Koncept collects personal data only when voluntarily provided by users through the contact form, quote request, or catalog request on steliumk.com. Data collected includes:
- Full name
- Company name
- Email address
- Phone number
No sensitive personal data, financial data, or data from minors is collected.
3. Purposes of processing
In accordance with applicable law, required and optional purposes are distinguished.
Required purposes (forming and maintaining the commercial relationship)
- Responding to information, quote, or catalog requests submitted through the site.
- Contacting users to follow up on their inquiry or project.
- Preparing and sending commercial proposals.
- Fulfilling obligations arising from the commercial or contractual relationship that may be formalized.
Optional purposes (requiring additional consent)
- Sending commercial communications about new products, collections, trade shows, or events by Stelium Koncept.
- Conducting satisfaction surveys and service improvement research.
Users may object to processing for optional purposes at any time by sending a request to the email address listed in this Policy, without affecting the main commercial relationship.
4. Legal basis and consent
Processing is based on the user's consent, granted by voluntarily submitting their data through the site's forms. For required purposes, consent is considered given implicitly upon submission, per Article 8 of the LFPDPPP. For optional purposes, additional explicit consent is required, expressed via the corresponding checkbox on the form.
5. Data processors and transfers
5.1. Data processors
To operate the site and handle incoming requests, Stelium Koncept relies on technology providers acting as data processors under Article 49 of the LFPDPPP Regulations. These processors only handle personal data on behalf of and under instructions from Manufactura Koncept, and are legally and contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and data security:
- Web3Forms (Web3Forms LLC, United States): technical processing of the contact form and delivery of messages to Stelium Koncept's email.
- Google LLC (United States): lead storage in Google Sheets, as well as analytics services described in section 10 (Google Analytics 4).
- Microsoft Corporation (United States): aggregated session recordings and heatmaps via Microsoft Clarity, subject to user consent.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (United States): campaign metrics and analysis via Meta Pixel, subject to user consent.
- Hosting provider: website hosting and associated files.
These processors may have servers located outside Mexico. Their involvement is strictly limited to the purposes described in this Policy, and they are not authorized to use data for their own purposes.
5.2. Third-party transfers
Stelium Koncept does not transfer personal data to third parties under Article 36 of the LFPDPPP, except in cases provided by Article 37 of the same law (compliance with legal obligations, requests from competent authorities, defense of rights in legal proceedings, etc.), in which cases user consent is not required. If any other transfer becomes necessary in the future, this Policy will be updated and, where required by law, user consent will be obtained.
6. ARCO Rights
Users have the right to exercise the following rights over their personal data at any time:
- Access: know what personal data is held and how it is used.
- Rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Cancellation: request deletion of data when no longer needed for the stated purposes.
- Opposition: object to the use of data for specific purposes.
To exercise any of these rights, users must send a request to direccion@steliumk.com, including:
- Full name and preferred response method.
- Identity document (or legal representation documentation, if applicable).
- Clear and precise description of the data for which the right is being exercised.
- Any other information that may help locate the data.
Stelium Koncept will respond to requests within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt, and if the request is upheld, will implement it within the following 15 business days.
7. Withdrawal of consent
Users may withdraw their consent to data processing at any time by sending a request to direccion@steliumk.com following the procedure described above. Withdrawal will not have retroactive effect on processing already carried out.
8. Restriction of use or disclosure
Users may restrict the use or disclosure of their personal data by requesting it in writing at direccion@steliumk.com. They may also request registration on Stelium Koncept's internal Exclusion List to stop receiving commercial communications.
9. Data retention
Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected and, where applicable, to meet legal, tax, or contractual obligations. Once these periods expire, data will be deleted in accordance with internal security and data protection procedures.
10. Cookies and tracking technologies
The website steliumk.com uses cookies and similar technologies (including Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta Pixel) to analyze site traffic, measure content and campaign performance, and improve the user experience. Analytical and marketing cookies are only loaded after explicit user consent, granted via the site's cookie banner.
These tools may collect data such as IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages visited, time on site, and traffic source. This information is used for statistical and site improvement purposes.

11. Security measures
Stelium Koncept has implemented reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized damage, loss, alteration, destruction, use, access, or processing, in accordance with the principles and duties established by the LFPDPPP and its regulations.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
Stelium Koncept reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time to address legislative changes, internal policies, or new service requirements. Modifications will be available on this page with the date of the last update. Users are encouraged to review this Policy periodically.
13. Competent authority
If a user believes their personal data protection rights have been violated by Stelium Koncept, they may contact the competent authority for personal data protection held by private parties (currently the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, as per the reform published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on March 20, 2025).
