Challenge

Cesantoni needed to transform its store network into premium Design Centers reflecting the brand positioning. The challenge: create replicable display systems that communicate luxury and allow showcasing large formats, porcelain tile and mosaics with a path designed for customers to experience and decide on the floor.

Overview

Since 2020, Stelium Koncept has designed, manufactured, and implemented the Cesantoni Design Center network: approximately 18 stores in different cities across Mexico that redefine the ceramic finishing point of sale. Each showroom functions as a premium space for large formats, porcelain tiles, mosaics, and wall finishes, with a layout designed for customers to see, touch, and decide on the floor.

Scope

Design and manufacturing of the complete display line: modular systems for floors and walls, large-format panels, sample displays and showroom furniture — all replicable and adaptable to each store in the network.

Scale

18 stores — different cities across Mexico

Result

A unified visual identity for the network, with scalable and replicable systems that have enabled the deployment of 18 consistent points of sale in terms of operations, cost, and brand experience.

A showroom network that made Cesantoni the benchmark for premium finishes in Mexico.
