Challenge

Home Depot Mexico needed to unify the ceramic and porcelain tile display experience across +140 stores · ~600 displays where competing brands share the same aisle. The challenge: ensure visual consistency, easy collection rotation, and replicable installation times across stores with different architectural formats.

Overview

National program of specialized ceramic, porcelain tile, and construction materials displays for the Home Depot Mexico chain. Modular replicable design deployed in more than 140 stores across the country, ensuring brand consistency and a unified shopping experience in every branch.

Scope

Design, manufacturing, and installation of specialized displays for the ceramic flooring aisle in +140 stores · ~600 displays nationwide. The scope covers only the display system within the ceramic aisle; store layout is Home Depot's responsibility.

Coverage

+140 stores · ~600 displays

Result

A modular replicable system for consistently presenting collections from multiple brands within each branch — Vitromex, Daltile, Lamosa, Tendenzza, and Home Depot's own line. The displays facilitate collection rotation and reduce installation time between stores.

A display system present in every Home Depot in the country, for leading brands in the ceramic segment.
